Do you ever feel like your talent development efforts exist in a vacuum?  Do you feel as isolated from other HR functions as a space station cosmonaut?  Do you seem to be bouncing around in a silo trying to break out?  If this describes your work environment (and even if it doesn’t), come and be part of an interactive session and discussion with talent development professionals and learn how enhanced integration with other HR team members can:
  1. Improve learner quality
  2. Rev-up organizational performance
  3. Help with training evaluation
The session will cover integration with the following key HR areas:  Recruiting/Staffing, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Benefits.  Attendees will have opportunity to share professional experiences in their work environment and learn from others about best practices and pitfalls.

Scot has over 15 years of management experience in learning and performance. He has demonstrated an ability to integrate the value and capability of training into the Human Resource function time and again. He understands the tools, the skills, and the needs of the talent development professional, and has the business acumen to help those talents create relevant and repeatable learning and performance solutions.
